Exclusions:
Non-aluminum and non-cast aluminum products, delivery, pickup or home inspection, commercial use, normal fading and normal wear and tear, cleaning and stain removal, accessories, sling sagging.
All benefits occur from date of purchase.
Paint touch up may not be exact to furniture color.
Warranty is only valid with receipt and warranty certificate.
D.O.T. Patio & Home is not liable for damage
to property or person
from damaged product.
D.O.T. Patio & Home is not responsible for glass cleanup.
Glass installation is only done at service centre.
All warranty work must be assessed by service centre.
Services will be done by Meadow Path Limited.
Manufacturer’s Warranties:
All products
are warrantied for the period as stated below, to be free from
defects in material and workmanship. ALUMINUM:
All collections 2 year limited warranty; STEEL/WROUGHT IRON:
limited 2 year warranty; SLINGS, CUSHIONS, & UMBRELLAS: limited
1 year warranty. ALL INDOOR WOOD: 1 year warranty against manufactures
defects. ALL ACCESSORIES: 1 year warranty against manufactures
defects.
Exclusions:
D.O.T. Patio & Home Warranties do not cover commercial applications, acts of nature
(storms, wind damage), hairline cracks in wood, scratches and chips on paint, breakage of glass or pottery, rust on steel or wrought iron, or damage due to improper assembly.
Claims:
Repair, replacement, or store credit will be issued
with proof of purchased should any item fail during normal use. Claims do not
include delivery, pickup or home inspection.

Path Ltd. for all its follow up repairs. They are located at
2050 Kipling Ave., 416-740-5444 ex. 26.
